Audra O'Neal

Audra was born in Houston, TX and attended The University of Houston where she majored in marketing. She got her Real Estate license in 2000, and she immediately got a $650,000 listing in the West University area. This really propelled her in the Real Estate market and she hasn't slowed down her growth in 20+ years. But Real Estate wasn't the only career she focused on along the way. In 1999, Audra and her husband Mike created and launched the Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen Concept, growing the chain to 7 units in the Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth markets. Audra and Mike divested themselves from Boudreaux's in 2009, and decided to focus 100% of their efforts to their Real Estate business.


Audra ran the business on her own for the first few years, and then hired her first assistant in 2013. That year, she closed on over $18 million in volume. And she's been growing the team ever since. In 2021, Audra's team volume will be close to $90 million and they will have helped almost 1,300 families over the last 10 years with their Real Estate needs. Audra and Mike believe that there are two secrets to running an amazing team. First, hire the right people with the same high standards and expectations. Second, always consider the needs of the client first, and exceed their expectations through exceptional service and knowledge.

Mike O'Neal

Mike was born and raised in Texas and attended The University of Texas at Austin where he was at the top of his class earning his BBA in Finance. After graduating, he held various finance and accounting positions for about 10 years. Mike, along with his wife Audra, created and launched the Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen concept, growing the chain to 7 units in Houston and the Dallas/Fort Worth areas. They divested themselves from the chain in 2009. When Audra focused on the real estate business in 2010, he became a Mortgage Loan Originator, and worked in the mortgage industry for several years. In 2015, he gave up the mortgage business, and joined Audra in growing The Audra O'Neal Team. Mike's focus on the team is more administrative, focusing on accounting, budgets, models, payroll, and human resources.

P.J. Jayaprakash

Pranesh "PJ" is a top agent for the Audra O’Neal Team. PJ grew up in Sugar Land, in the beautiful community of New Territory, and then went on to excel at Baylor University; where he attained his Bachelor of Science degree. Shortly after graduating, he found his passion for Real Estate and helping others. Combining these two passions, PJ has worked hard to become one of the finest agents in the Houston area.


PJ continues to build his clientele through his firmly rooted belief, “Relationships over Transactions" and by guiding all of his clients in the proper direction of finding their dream home. Beyond real estate, PJ spends several evenings a week helping students excel in higher level mathematics and volunteering as a youth basketball coach.

Jimmy Villanueva

Jimmy grew up in South Texas and studied music at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. While going to school he developed a love and passion for serving people. Being a seasoned musician and being deeply connected with his faith, Jimmy decided to serve others by becoming a full time vocational worship pastor in Richmond, TX. He has worked and served the community in this capacity since 2007.

Over the last 15 years Jimmy put into practice some great real estate principles he learned from his mentor, an accomplished broker and real estate investor. From investing in commercial property to renting and flipping homes, Jimmy is excited to take the lessons he's learned and continue to serve people with excellence and integrity in the world of real estate. Jimmy is bilingual and looks forward to helping you meet all of your real estate goals.

He and his wife of 17 years have two children and enjoy basketball, good pizza and all things outdoors.

Kia Weed

Kia was born in Queens, NY but has been a Houstonian for over 35 years. She has spent many years in the accounting field, concentrating on accounts payable and payroll. She found a new passion when she started working in the long-term care field, first as an Activity Director, then as an Executive Director in assisted living. However, Kia always had the desire to be in the Real Estate field, so she took the leap in June of 2020.

When working with clients, Kia brings dedication, integrity, and the highest standards of service. She believes in hard work, positivity, and random acts of kindness. Her ultimate goal is to match her clients to the home of their dreams, no matter how big or small.

Kia and her husband of 19 years take pleasure in raising their four children in the quiet of the country. In addition to her kids, she has four dogs and two turtles, with a few chickens and goats as well! Kia has a fond appreciation for vintage farmhouses, the design and renovation process, and country living.


Sammy Ferrufino

Sammy, a native Texan, grew up in the Katy area. Initially Sammy found himself a niche working with realtors to help their clients get their homes ready to go on the market. His excellent work in roofing and general contracting eventually opened the door to his career in real estate. He came to the realization that despite how much he enjoyed helping people with their projects he really wanted to focus more on the real estate side of the business. Sammy wanted to assist people in finding their dream home.


When Sammy is not growing his real estate business, he loves spending time with his family and racing motorcycles. His 11-year-old daughter wants to get into racing just like her dad! He has 2 adorable Corgis and also loves to travel! He’s been to Berlin, Amsterdam, and Prague. Next trip to cross off the list… SWITZERLAND.

Cliff Lewis

Born and raised in the Greater Houston Area, Cliff comes to the team with a background in Graphic Design and Real Estate Marketing. He brings a unique blend of creativity, industry knowledge, and passion for professional and unique designs. 

In his free time, Cliff can be found spending time with his wife, making art, and reading his way through an ever expanding collection of books.

Kristyn Morrow

Kristyn has an extensive background in sales and management, stemming from her first love, the Hospitality Industry. She has over 10 years of General Manager experience and prides herself on her ability to teach others. Kristyn's passion for Real Estate was ignited when she and her husband purchased their own first home in Katy, TX. The excitement of that experience inspired her to help other homebuyers, and she became a Real Estate Agent in 2016. Her husband, Travis, also works in the world of Real Estate and together they work hard to ensure all their clients' investments are protected.

Kristyn studied at Texas A&M and just welcomed her first child, Tucker, into the family. She is thrilled to have been able to call the Houston area home for the past 10 years. When not at work, she loves to spend her free time with friends and family, traveling and soaking up different cultures and experiences.

McKenna Corporron

McKenna was born and raised in Sugar Land, TX. After graduating from Fort Bend Christian Academy in 2015, she studied at the University of Houston Bauer College of Business. During one of her college summers, she interned for a Real Estate development company in their marketing department. This is where she started to find her love for Real Estate. In May 2020 she graduated with her BBA in Marketing. In her free time, she loves to hang out with her friends and play with her Yorkiepoo, Kirby. She loves being able to use her creative side in her everyday job with us. She is our Social Media Manager and hopes to continuously expand her marketing knowledge.

Joane Bernido

"Every job is a self-portrait of the person who does it", this is Joane's guiding principle in both business and personal life. She is the team's all around assistant, from preparing listings, editing and staging photos, to handling offers and contracts. She is a highly reliable hands-on professional with a focus on providing clients with the highest level of service.

Joane is a mother of three beautiful girls, loves to travel, and also runs her own farm.
